A soulful twist on a classic.
This naturally leavened sourdough is made with organic unbleached flour, a touch of organic rye, and filled with reduced-sugar cranberries and toasted walnut pieces for the perfect balance of sweet and earthy.
Each loaf is hand-mixed, folded, and slow-fermented for 24 hours, then baked in a cast iron Dutch oven for a golden crackle crust and satisfying chew.
Slice it thick. Toast it with butter. Or savor it as-is.
