Most doctors and health professionals will agree: there are no foods healthier than vegetables. The trouble is, most people find that eating vegetables on a daily basis challenging.
Think back to when you were a kid, and you couldn’t leave the table till you had eaten your lima beans. Or carrots. Or Brussel sprouts. Either you sat at the table till you fell asleep or you managed to get them down but not without a lot of protests and tears. Becoming a vegetable eater when no one is forcing you to eat it, can be tough.
